I love new iOS 4.0

new iOS 4.0 combine all your inboxes into one.. this is really useful to retrieve all the unread emails especially when you have more than 2 mail accounts like me (ard 7 accts).. hahaha

Well, for the albums, u can divide group ur photo by album or location:-

In new OS 4.0, you can set picture for both wallpaper and homescreen… wat a good feature…

In previous OS 3.1.3, you can have up to 9 pages of Apps… now u can have 9 pages of Folders… each folder allow you to store up to 2160 apps / ~ 240 folders now..

Normally, you can browse stuff like website portrait or landscape… by turning on the portrait orientation button to on, you can view it in landscape mode.. you can find the this little button by double-tape the home key (big round button in your iphone).

you will see a small “lock” icon beside the battery sign..

The coolest thing in iOS 4.0 is MULTI-TASKING, which is long-awaited feature… by double-tap/click on your home button (the big button on your iphone), it will prompt up the task bar.. jz like task manager in windows.. it allow you to view which app is running at the moment, and wake it by click on it..  if you want to terminate the apps, jz hold on the app, and it will display a “-” sign on each app… by click on the “-” sign, u will terminate the app to improve the performance and increase the memory without restart your iphone…

Normally, you can add birthday date to your friend and family, and it is not link to the calender in previous version…

once you select Birthdays in the calendars option…

woo lah…. it is displaying in the calender….

They add quite a number of features to the sms services.. such as search any text in your SMS/MMS…

I love the new red dot-line under the invalid word to remind you thats typo error…

they also provide word-count feature in the sms now….

jz like earlier version, you can focus, and then zoom in the photo album…

but now, you can zoom while you are taking photo… 1st, tap on the place you want to focus. Then, the small scroll bar will pop up and allow you to perform digital zoom up to 5X..

Well, good feature, but image quality is bad lo…. perhaps iphone HD is better..

You can select which section/category that you want your spotlight search to look at..

In spotlight search, you can enter any string/text, it will help you to get all the info you want even in the google or wikipedia… WOW….

I love how the app being switch from one to another… jz like iTunes album… u can try to use compass and then click on small >, it will link you to the google map..

Last but not least, it is FASTER than earlier version….
